International Workshop in Moravske Toplice

We had the opportunity to participate in an international partnership meeting within the REHEATEAST project, which is implemented within the framework of the Interreg Danube Region Programme. The project focuses on promoting the development of renewable energy and sustainable solutions in district heating.

The aim of the meeting was to share practical ideas and examples from practice. We bring back from there practical knowledge on how to improve the situation of district heating in the region. We were inspired by a number of ideas that we plan to apply in further activities within the REHEATEAST project. As a result of the meeting, we found ways to improve the efficiency of district heating in our localities and further contribute to sustainability.

Our aim is to test in practice the functionality of specific solutions that will help the Košice region. We believe that this project will have a great impact and will be an inspiration not only for Košice, but also for other regions and countries!
