Schedule of activities at the Centre for Active Ageing in January 2023

In the Centre for Active Ageing at 7 Bačíkova Street we continue with the activities IT (computer work), Movement, Healthy Nutrition and Crafts, Dance and English for beginners and advanced learners.

We have also prepared Extra Activities: Safety on Facebook in cooperation with Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, as well as a Craft Activity led by our Seniors .

Due to increased interest in our activities at the Centre for Active Ageing, we have provisionally limited participation to 6 dates per participant per month. In this way, we would like to allow as wide a range of our seniors as possible to participate in our activities. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to your participation.
