International Workshop in Serbia

As part of the ReheatEAST project, we participated in the third partner meeting in Serbia, where we visited our partner – the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities of Serbia – and the historically first heating plant in the city of Kragujevac.

The goal of the meeting was to understand the functioning of the local system and identify its potential for modernization.

Over two days, we attended expert training sessions and interactive workshops, where we drew inspiration from the pilot activities of project partners. Through joint discussions, we identified new approaches and technologies that can contribute to the transformation of district heating systems in our regions.

We are preparing concrete solutions that will bring modern and environmentally friendly changes to the heating sector.
