Training with project Find your way to the labor market
As part of the Cross-Border Employment Action Plan for the Cserehát micro-region, the first round of the Find your way to the labor market training was successfully implemented from 12th to 14th of May. The project was implemented through the Interreg Slovak Republic – Hungary Cooperation Program from the European Regional Development Fund. The trainings took place in the professional classroom of the Secondary Vocational School of Agrotechnics in Moldava nad Bodvou, which was also renewed as part of the project as part of the Through renovation to the education action plan. We have prepared 4 thematic seminars for the participants:
- HOW TO WRITE A CURRICULUM VITAE AND SUCCESS IN A JOB INTERVIEW
- HOW TO DEAL WITH EXECUTION, ALCOHOLISM, DRUGS AND GAMBLING
- INCREASING FINANCIAL LITERACY
- DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
In the first round of training, we also cooperated with the Moldava Community Center, whose members were part of the lectures. At the end, all participants received diplomas on successful completion of the training. The next three rounds of training will take place again in Moldava nad Bodvou and in the village of Encs in Hungary. The culmination of the project is the organization of a “job fair”, where participants will be offered job positions through an employment agency.
