1st Small Project Fund Monitoring Committee meeting
1st Small Project Fund Monitoring Committee meeting was held on May 15th, in the ceremonial hall of the Košice Self-governing Region.
Among invited guests were representatives of the Managing Authority of the Interreg V-A Slovakia-Hungary Cooperation Programme – Hungarian Government; representatives of the National Authority – Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak republic; deputy of the Agency for the Support of Regional Development Košice, non-profit, representatives of Banská Bystrica Self-governing Region, representatives of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County, Heves County, Nógrád County. The representatives are members/deputy members of the Monitoring Committee for Small Project Fund.
The function of observers was carried out by representatives of the Joint Secretariat and representatives of Košice Self-governing Region.
The meeting took place under the auspices of the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation Via Carpatia with Limited Liability as a Lead Beneficiary of the Small Project Fund Umbrella Projects for the Eastern Programming Area and was led by Ing. Julianna Orbán Máté, PhD., Mrs. director of Via Carpatia EGTC, the Chairman of the Small Project Fund Monitoring Committee.
SPF project team, which had been preparing the management documentation for SPF implementation since October 2017 and submitted for approval on the 1st Small Project Fund Monitoring Committee Meeting , participated in the meeting as well.
The Monitoring Committee for Small Project Fund within its 1st meeting approved the SPF Monitoring Committee Rules of Procedure, Call for small project proposals with its Annexes and the Evaluator manual.
The Meeting took plan in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The relevant parts of the submitted supporting management documentation for the implementation of small projects have been approved and the documents will be revised as soon as possible.
