Bridging Paradigms: New Insights and Experiences from the Training in Athens

Together with our trainers, we participated in a Train-the-Trainers workshop in Athens, Greece, organised as part of the international project Bridging Paradigms.

The training focused on the use of a new educational handbook developed in cooperation with our project partners. Its main objective was to prepare participants to teach digital skills to seniors and introduce effective methods for sharing knowledge with the older generation.

During our visit, we also met with our international project partners to discuss the progress achieved so far, the educational materials developed, and upcoming project activities.

We will soon put the knowledge and experience gained into practice! As part of the next phase of the project, we are preparing educational activities in which our seniors will also have the opportunity to participate. These activities will help them develop their digital skills, gain greater confidence in using modern technologies, and learn how to use them more effectively in everyday life.

The meeting in Athens marked another important step towards achieving the goals of the Bridging Paradigms project, which aims to promote independence, social inclusion, and quality of life among older adults through digital education.
