Líderky 2026: Inspiration, Support and Networking in One Place

The Líderky 2026 conference brought two days of open discussions, inspiration, networking and mutual support to Košice. Its aim was to create a space where women could connect, share their experiences, motivate one another and build new collaborations.

Both on and off the stage, the programme opened up topics such as health, personal goals, career, parenthood and work-life balance. Our inspiring speakers shared their experiences, while the outstanding moderators helped shape the unique atmosphere of the entire event.

We would like to thank everyone who was part of Líderky 2026 and who, through their energy, experience and support, helped create such a special atmosphere. Alongside the many conference partners, the event was also supported by the Košice Self-Governing Region, which is a member of our organisation, the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation Via Carpatia. We would also like to thank Košice IT Valley, the expert partner of the event.
