SlovakiaTech2025- Safety4TMF

We invited the public to take a closer look at the Safety4TMF project and opened an important topic: the safety of tailings ponds – an issue that concerns not only Slovakia but the entire Danube region.

For participants – from experts to the general public – at SlovakiaTech 2025 during Raw Materials Days, we presented what our project is about and explained why accident prevention is crucial and how it can benefit municipalities, regions, and the environment.

The event brought the topic of tailings ponds closer to people and emphasized that prevention is the path to a safe and sustainable future.
