We hosted another international conference
The WE are EuROPE project within the Europe for Citizens program aims to support the development of more effective measures to tackle the poverty that affects some European countries. This problem affects many young people and is the result of the economic crisis and the lack of solidarity between countries. The aim of the conference, which we organized from 30.4.2022 to 04.05.2022 in Košice was to draw attention to this problem and create an environment that will allow the creation and adoption of appropriate ideas and recommendations for this issue. The project’s activities focused on disseminating know-how in strategies to promote solidarity, volunteering, and the creation of associations and organizations. The conference was attended by delegations from Slovakia, Hungary, Estonia, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Malta.
